User Guide on Using Payzapp
to Pay for School and College
Fee Online Using ATM Debit Card
Credit Card of Any Bank with No
or Zero Transaction Charges.
Introduction: Post Demonetization all Financial Transactions have been routed through banks or other Financial institutions. Cash payment has been made limited for various customer related transactions for Goods and Services availed.
Annu's Educational Institutions (Annu's Academy High School and Annu's Junior College) has always tried to reduce Customer work for the payments to be made for the Educational services offered to their children.
We have brought this User Guide together to assist our Parents in making online transactions using our Online Fee Collection Portal PayZapp in association with HDFC Bank Ltd.
Payment Procedure: You will be recieving a payment request message from "VM-PAYZAP" on your mobile phone with the payable amount along with a link for the payment site. Click the link. (Internet Required) You will be directed to the payment website where you need to accept the payment terms and Enter your Credit/Debit card and complete transaction by using ATM Pin/ OTP Message received on your mobile.
Once Successfull you shall be receiving a success msg if Transaction is Successfull. You shall see a Payzapp TXN Id. Use this id and transaction date as reference for payment made. Your entire Transaction is secured by HDFC Bank Ltd. You will get the school payment receipt from school the next day.

Image 2: Click in the Link appeared in screen 1. Screen shown on the left side will appear showing you the message sent from school and the amount to be paid. Click on Pay and you will be directed to the next screen.
Image 3 - Check the box accepting Terms and Conditions . Click Continue.
Image 4 - Enter ATM Debit card or credit card details as appearing on your card. Note CVV is the three Digit number on the back side of your card. Click Proceed and you will be directed to the payment site. Complete the transaction by entering the PIN number of your Debit Card or the OTP Received on your registered Phone number.
Once Succeeful, you will receive the Payzapp Transaction Id. Note this for future reference. You will get the payment receipt the next day from the school.
